How it was built

HR Buddy was loaded with an organisation's internal People & Culture documents as its knowledge base, then retrieved the most relevant passages at query time (RAG). Every response is grounded in those approved documents — no hallucinated entitlements, no invented policies. When the documents are updated, the knowledge base is refreshed and the answers update with it. The same pattern can be rebuilt against whatever document set a team already maintains.
