HR Buddy is loaded with your internal People & Culture documents as its knowledge base, then retrieves the most relevant passages at query time (RAG). Every response is grounded in those approved documents — no hallucinated entitlements, no invented policies. When the documents are updated, the knowledge base is refreshed and HR Buddy's answers update with it.
