How it connects to your data

PolicyBot uses Model Context Protocol (MCP) to read directly from your authoritative policy store — SharePoint, Confluence, a document library, or a vector database. There's no copy-paste, no stale snapshots, and no hallucinated content. When a policy is updated at the source, PolicyBot's answers update with it.
