How it connects to source data
PolicyBot uses Model Context Protocol (MCP) to read directly from the authoritative policy store — SharePoint, Confluence, a document library, or a vector database. There's no copy-paste, no stale snapshots, and no hallucinated content. When a policy is updated at the source, PolicyBot's answers update with it. The same retrieval pattern can be rebuilt against whichever policy store an organisation already keeps.
Governance foundation
PolicyBot never “makes up” policy. It only responds based on approved documents retrieved through its MCP connection, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk-minimisation.
